BIM VR update: drag, drop, duplicate — prototype your scene in VR
We’ve just rolled out the first step toward in-VR prototyping: now you can drop any model into an asset folder, and pull copies directly into your scene.
Need to arrange an office? Drag a desk + chair + avatar set into your empty model. Want to plan cable runs? Place trays, G-shaped supports, and then connect them with our line tool, all inside VR.
This is just the start: currently, these prototypes don’t save externally yet, but soon you’ll be able to export them to finalize in traditional software.
It’s a small update, but it turns BIM VR into a rapid, hands-on environment for experimenting, collaborating, and presenting ideas.
