Product Strategy & Growth Advisory for B2B Companies

Let’s talk

What is limiting your product growth, and what should you test next?

Creating a product means making decisions with incomplete information.

•
Which product direction and priorities make sense now?
•
How should responsibility be divided between business, product, and development?
•
How do you make a difficult product decision when there is no obvious answer?
•
“We need to use AI somehow” — but where is the actual business case?

I help B2B founders and leaders of new products identify what is limiting growth, test business hypotheses, and decide where to focus next.

Who Benefits from Product Growth Advisory?

B2B startup founders after their first funding rounds

You have a product and first customers. The question is what will determine your growth before the next round — and where to focus the team now.

Heads of new products and corporate spin-offs

You are responsible for a new direction inside a larger company and want decisions about it to be based on tested hypotheses.

How it works

Start with a conversation about your product challenge

01

The first conversation is free, online, and takes one hour.

Come with one real decision or question that is in front of you right now. No special preparation is needed.

02

What happens next?

If there is a good fit, the work can continue as paid product consulting, typically structured around a three-month engagement and a specific business hypothesis to validate.

The work is based on regular 1:1 sessions. You bring the product decisions you are facing, we work through them together, and then you test the decisions in the real world.

The scope, format, and commercial terms are agreed individually based on the challenge and the level of involvement needed.
