New case study: Design of personal accounts for Insis

We've been friends with Insis, one of the largest telecom operators in the Sverdlovsk Region (Russia), for ages. And all this time we've been helping them grow bigger and conquer the world.

Last year, Insis asked us to conduct an audit of the personal account of their Cloud CCTV service, and as a result, we redesigned it – updated the style and simplified navigation. The results were so good that it was decided to include in the project the personal accounts of two more Insis services: WiFi Hotspot and Virtual PBX. 

One of the challenges was to maintain the stylistic continuity of personal accounts with the main Insis website, as well as their uniformity so that the user doesn't have any discomfort or doubt what to look for, what their actions will lead to, and where to find the necessary information.

By the way, at the Tagline Awards 2019, we won Silver in the nomination Best Intranet Design for the redesign of Insis personal accounts, and Bronze in the nomination Best Application for Telecom / IT / Internet Company for the CCTV Insis mobile app.
