JetStyle at the IIDF workshop

On Friday, February 28, we spent the whole day at the IIDF — sharing our experience and expertise with the participants of the “Team Formation and Development in IT Business” workshop.

Our part was about:

• how to set tasks and delegate responsibility,

• how to manage group dynamics, and what type of motivation different members of a team have,

• and, of course, how to give and receive feedback.

One whole day, three lectures and two games – wow, that was intense!
