Team Formation and Development in IT Business: we are holding a workshop at the IIDF

Once again, we are going to share our knowledge, skills, and experience! On February 28 and 29, we will take part in the IIDF (The Internet Initiatives Development Fund) workshop “Team Formation and Development in IT Business” for company executives and CEOs.

The entire first day, February 28, is devoted to three thematic blocks (which will be held by our CEO Alexey Kulakov):

•     The delegation, transfer of responsibility and task setting procedures (theory + practice),

•     Team management in terms of multiplayer games and group dynamics (theory),

•     Feedback as a tool for the development of the leader and the team (theory + practice).

Apart from that, the program of the workshop includes:

• Channels and tools for finding employees,

• Recruiting and adaptation tools,

• Methods of team formation and development.

In general, these two days will be entirely devoted to the most important thing in business – the team! 16 hours of theory and practice, networking and analysis of real case studies, and lots of useful stuff.
