Case study: Live chat widget for Callibri
Callibri is a call tracking system, which makes the life of website owners much easier. It helps to track calls from the website, questions in the chat, callback orders, and to integrate analytical systems.
One of Callibri’s peculiar features is a consultant widget, a sort of a lead interceptor that makes sure no detail is left out and no leads are lost. It helps users communicate with an operator, make calls (directly from the browser) and leave their requests.
Our task in this project was to engineer and design a widget consultant that could be applied to all websites that use the Callibri service. And not just a widget, but a very useful, convenient, unobtrusive one that would make people happy. We worked our magic again and the results were better than we expected!
