How to build effective teamwork – a master class by Alexey Kulakov

On Wednesday, we held a master class on how to build effective teamwork as part of the IIDF's new Go Global course.

The master class was hosted by our CEO Alexey Kulakov. This time we discussed with the participants of the course:

— what is the target state of the team and how to determine it,

— who the team needs more – universal or narrow specialists and how to understand this,

— to educate or to hire – what to choose?

— how to hire ordinary employees and how to hire sources of expertise, how to evaluate them,

— and how it all relates to different stages of the organisation's development.
