Case study: Development of a job vacancy service for Ozon
Ozon is one of the largest online retailers in Russia, with more than ten thousand employees. The company is regularly looking for new team members to work in various departments, and they can't rely on job sites only. They needed additional recruitment tools, and Ozon's own job vacancy service has become one of them.
We have developed a website where all vacancies are divided between three main divisions of the company: logistics and fulfillment, IT laboratory, and office. The service is convenient for both potential employees and HR managers. Job seekers can learn all about the working conditions and life in the company, apply for a suitable vacancy or recommend a friend. And for the HR department, we have implemented a personal account with access to all responses from job applicants.
A convenient structure allows each candidate to find the desired vacancy easily, while bright and catchy illustrations make the job search process more fun.
