Getting ready for a new trip: we are holding a master class in Minsk!

We have just returned from our trip to the World Usability Congress in Graz and it's time to hit the road again. Next week we are off to Minsk for the ProductSense'19 conference!

On October 29, our director Alexey Kulakov will be holding a 4-hour master class on how to give feedback in a team. The master class is based on our study about feedback, which we already talked about (and, by the way, there will also be a beautiful long read about it soon). But this time, participants of the master class will be able to test Alexey's theses in practice: they will try to gain the experience of those who are given feedback, and those who give feedback, to evaluate the quality of feedback and improve it.
