Case study: WebVR site for the White Tower – process and insights
Virtual reality comes to the rescue when something goes wrong in real life (as it's happening right now) because it allows you to be anywhere you want without actually leaving your home. And with WebVR, this is even easier.
We already told you why we love this technology and how we ourselves create VR in the browser. This time we prepared a special case study for you, where we, in a simple language without technical details, explain how to make a spectacular WebVR site. And, of course, we did it on the example of our favourite project – the White Tower.
You will find out why in the first week of launch our WebVR site about Yekaterinburg’s famous constructivist monument was visited by over 10,000 users from around the world, and how it won over the international and Russian jury, having received lots of awards at various competitions.
This case study is as exciting and entertaining to view as the 2D version of the site itself. Enjoy!
