JetStyle at the Russian Internet Forum RIF 2019 in Moscow

Not long ago, our PR and HR director Anna Tatyankina took part in the largest Runet event – the 3-day long Russian Internet Forum RIF 2019 in Moscow. As one of the speakers in the section “How should an agency promote itself”, she made a presentation on the management of internal processes and projects in public relations.

Based on her many years of experience in the field, Anna spoke about such relevant topics for all PR specialists as:

- Commercial projects in the agency vs internal projects – why is it better to treat them as equals?

- Management of internal projects: waterfall or agile, scrum or kanban – why should a PR specialist understand project management and how calendars, google tables, boards, sprints, task trackers, and hours counting can simplify their life.

- Preparation of articles, case studies for portfolio, and award entries, company’s site redesign, internal and external events – what is the difference in the alignment of processes.
