We developed and tested the UX to ensure users benefit from the new environment. It’s easy to adjust the coach and the dashboard to where it’s convenient.
The tutorial shouldn’t be too long or too short: we need to explain all the peculiarities of the app and not get our audience bored. We tested the tutorial on people with little experience in VR/XR, and did our best to find that balance between the timing and detail.
The coach has human-like features: lip sync, body language, and natural leg movement. During the tutorial the coach provides a detailed explanation of how to use the app, making it feel like you're getting personalized coaching from a real person.
Dancing is a universal language, but the app’s interface is in English. More languages are coming soon; feel free to request localization you need.

This is just incredible! I'm learning Salsa in MR in my living room.
I went from not knowing a step to actually enjoying the process now.
I like all the options to rotate the floor markings and the trainer to utilize my space efficiently.
This VR application has the potential to become an excellent tool for learning dances, providing an accessible and highly engaging way to practice from home.
Apparently, I can dance… For a foreigner in Colombia, this was very handy haha.
It’s great, thanks! Very nice after my rigorous Parkinson’s stuff. Salsa XR may be good for Parkinson’s Disease sufferers.
I appreciate apps that aren’t just games but communicate a real-life world skill using mixed reality overlays.
