Meet Kate Sokolska, Project manager leading JetStyle’s design projects in the sphere of sustainability. She manages all the processes from briefing to launch, coordinates communication between the client and our team, and makes sure that the work brings maximum profit to the end users of the product.
Kate points out that the product development approach has proved to be more cost & effort- effective compared with the waterfall approach. She outlines the key stages: “First, we research the initial state of the product, then match the interface design with the business processes and beta-launch the system. After collecting the feedback we decide on further improvement. We plan further iterations on the basis of the quantitative and qualitative data”.
Kate has managed projects that have been globally recognized. One of them is Green Bonds Transparency Platform that became Initiative of the Year according to Environmental Finance, an industry magazine.
