For kids with Autistic Spectrum Disorder or Down Syndrome, a wrong color choice or a complicated text metaphor can be a source of frustration. We wanted to make the website relevant to the needs of people with mental health issues. We implemented a lot of features that might be invisible to the ‘neurotypical’ eye.
