Immersion in the business process

We debrief in a face-to-face or online meeting.

We figure out how a business process works and which parts of it can be automated by means of a User Profile. We set the task.

Target Audience Interviews

From the interviews we understand the issues faced by end users, their goals and concerns.

User behaviour analysis

Together with you, we define the needs of your target audience and user paths for each segment. Then we build a CJM (Customer Journey Map) that shows the most important interaction points within the user profile interface

Setting tasks

Based on the available data, we describe the general statement of the task in a document, which we agree with you. And then we decompose it into a list of specific tasks with KPIs for each.

In terms of the process, the guys at JetStyle did something incredible: they did not have the opportunity to start with a clean and fully controlled environment but had to work on the basis of the previous development instead. JetStyle have resolved the complex task of linking the website to our healthcare center's medical information system, now you can make an appointment with any doctor online, depending on the doctor's schedule and workload on a particular day. The developed interface is intuitive, it allows you to be informative, useful, convenient, and ergonomic! A nice addition to the professionalism of JetStyle was the fact that the guys also did the copywriting of short articles for the site. They speak not only their professional web design-specific language but also ours – a simple human language!

Their large and diverse team enables them to tackle any issues at any stage of negotiation and approval. If it wasn't possible to accomplish what we had in mind, JetStyle suggested several alternatives with the same functionality, all suitable for implementation.
