Terms of Service for XR Consulting
1. General Provisions
1.1
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the provision of expert XR (Extended Reality) consulting services by Jetstyle Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client")
1.2
By booking a consultation and proceeding with payment, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.3
Where applicable, the provision of services complies with European Union regulations regarding B2B and B2C cross-border digital and consulting services.
2. Scope of Services
2.1
The Contractor provides expert consulting services to help teams navigate decisions regarding hardware, interaction, storytelling, user experience, production approach, and business goals for XR projects.
2.2
The consultation is conducted by JetStyle experts.
2.3
The service is aimed for Clients who:
•
Have an XR idea or concept and want to evaluate its viability before investing in production.
•
Are developing enterprise or Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) XR projects and need expert perspective on user flow, interaction design, hardware choices, and real-world deployment.
•
Already have a project in development and want to improve engagement, retention, scalability, or commercial viability.
3. Service Format and Delivery
3.1
The consulting service is delivered in two structured stages:
01 — Briefing call:
A short introductory online call where the Client shares details about their project, goals, and specific questions they want to explore.
02 — Expert consultation:
A 60-minute online session with the expert dedicated entirely to the Client's project.
3.2
During these sessions, the parties will discuss the idea, look at possible approaches, challenge assumptions, and explore the best possible solutions for the project.
3.3
Following the consultation, the Client will have a clearer picture of the project's opportunities, risks, and possible next steps.
4. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
4.1
The standard fee for the complete XR consultation service is €100.
4.2
Payment is handled exclusively via PayPal. The payment processing terms, conditions, and user rights are strictly governed by PayPal's User Agreement. As services are intended for European users, the Client acknowledges that any transaction fees, cross-border fees, or currency conversion commissions arising from the use of the PayPal service are independent of the Contractor and remain the sole responsibility of the Client. The net amount credited to the Contractor must equal the exact standard fee stated in clause 4.1.
4.3
Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The Expert consultation session will only be scheduled after the payment is successfully processed
5. Client and Contractor Obligations
5.1
The Contractor agrees to:
•
Deliver the consulting services professionally and in accordance with the schedule agreed upon with the Client.
•
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project details, concepts, and business information shared by the Client during the Briefing call and the Expert consultation.
5.2
The Client agrees to:
•
Provide accurate billing and tax information for invoicing purposes.
•
Prepare relevant project information and attend the scheduled Briefing and Expert consultation calls.
