Advanta Group has been on the market since 2004, rendering a full complex of services of project management organization including consulting, giving workshops and trainings, development and implementation of corporate project, and project portfolio management systems.

Advanta Group reached out to us for «redecoration works».
At first the client wanted to change the object card design,
to make it more up-to-date, convenient and nice to look at.

We took some actions to simulate the product together with the customer, outlined the main roles, revealed consumer problems and needs. Afterwards we created the QFD matrix to find out which functions create value for different user groups.

We evaluated each function from the point of view of its importance for a certain group.

We ended up with a table that defined a list of high-priority product functions for each user group. It came in handy both for us, during navigation and graphic model development, and for the client, when prioritizing in terms of development.

WE DREW THE FIRST PROTOTYPES

We applied the results we got in the process of designing the new interface. Our joints plans include a lot more interesting things, so we are bound to come back to this matrix.

WORK RESULTS

The interface of the most important programme screen, the object card.
We did our best so that the user saw the most important information first.
The graphic model maintains absolutely different data combinations well.
The interface colour scheme makes Advanta able to adjust to the customer’s preferences.

BACKGROUND

Users can upload background images for objects. It adds emotions and helps Advanta clients work with corporate culture in a low-key way.

AND HTML-CODED EVERYTHING

We HTML-coded the interface and helped (and have been helping ever since) programmers to attach the new design.

WE MADE A NEW LOGO
IN THE PROCESS

The story of how we made a new logo is worth to be told separately: we tried dozens of letterform and typeface combinations and prepared 3 presentations of different logo versions for the client. Let’s not dig into all the transformations, here’s the result:

THE CLIENT’S REVIEW :)

Working with JetStyle we got a new take on the product development from the end user «business profits». The analysis of characters and their scenarios helped us better understand the peculiarities of our clients, which had a considerable influence on the product development in general. As a result we managed to create a value offer that made the dealings cycle considerably shorter and increased the company financial figures. The designed modern interface in its turn added our clients’ positive feedback to this result.

Advanta management system interface has already started to yield benefits to its owners. When we were still in the process of creating the new design, Advanta Group were negotiating with a potential very big client that was looking into different management systems. They liked everything about Advanta but the outdated system interface design. The new design presentation helped close the deal.

We are planning new work to be done together, including a full navigation system renovation and a mobile version creation.
